EPCOT

• Nine Dragons in China will be closing 1/6/08 - 7/31/08 for renovations that include an exhibition kitchen where guests can interact with the chefs. 
  
• In Mexico, a 50- to 60-seat tequila bar replaces a retail shop in the pavilion's spacious indoor courtyard in Fall 2007. And the pavilion's waterfront Cantina de San Angel is expanding with more seating with optimal views of World Showcase, and will offer a new menu by summer 2008.

Disney's MGM Studios

• Mickey Avenue - closed through at least the spring for installation of the Toy Story Mania attraction and related theming.

Animal Kingdom Lodge - Ongoing construction in the Lodge for conversion of deluxe rooms to Disney Vacation Club Villas, through April 30, 2009.   Animal Kingdom Villas will be under construction through 4/30/09. The construction will occur in phases. During this time, guests will hear and/or see construction staff and equipment inside the resort as well as in the external areas of the property during the daytime hours.

Contemporary Resort -

• Food and Fun Center - will remain closed through approximately 8/14/08. A temporary counter service location (Tempo Grab and Go) is open near the Outer Rim Lounge on the 4th Floor.

Concourse Steakhouse is expected to close
permanently approximately March or April 2008. Major changes are planned for the resort's restaurants. A table service location called The Wave will open in the old Food and Fun Center location approximately March or April 2008. A new counter service restaurant will open in the old Concourse Steakhouse location approximately 8/14/08.

Downtown Disney -

• Later in 2008, Downtown Disney guests will be able to dine face to face with a dinosaur at T-Rex: A Prehistoric Family Adventure, A Place to Eat, Shop, Explore and Discover, which combines table-service dining and retail in an interactive prehistoric environment built around water, fire and ice.
